Best pool, poor rooms Have stayed here a lot over the years but the rooms are very dated now.

Was an okay stay.

They're rooms were clean, 3 different pools and direct beach access.

We requested early check in which was granted and arrived at the property by 7 am but we had to wait in the reception until noon to be shown to our room,

One of our favourite hotels and a must visit if you've never been!

Staff communication was great and everyone was very welcoming. We especially loved spending time in the pool and the pool bar is amazing! We also loved the Moonshine bar...overall we loved every moment!

Good for a short stay between beach and city

The location is great , close to the beach and party venues in the city The personal was professional and friendly and made us feel welcome The cleaning personal was so helpful when for some reasons the key didn't work and we got stuck out of the room , very professional reaction

The « sea view » room we had was super small and a bit old The « all inclusive » food options are very limited (it does not includes any dish « à la carte » so I find it misleading to call it « all inclusive »)

The rooms are very dirty. There are bugs from the bedroom to the bathroom and balcony. The staff are very rude, they cheat you on prices. I went to the spa to get a massage and it was written1,500 they charged me 2,500 at checkout and just to put up my hair they charged 1,000 when it coast 1,200 to braid it from the beginning. They are very money hungry and they don't want to do what it takes to maiantain the place. The food is also not good at all. It shouldn't even be amongst hotel on bookings or any other vacation based websites.

The staff are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. The food is so tasty and fresh, especially their salad bar at lunch and dinner. Sea view rooms are great and have a lovely balcony. They have a good kite surfing school too here at Reef. Sea temps are 28+ degrees on Nyali beach! I have been coming to Reef for 10yrs now. It feels like my 2nd home.
